Just another manic monday
One word of advice to anyone, who deals with customer service reps. If they are good at their job, do make an effort to praise them. Better still, send an e-mail to their manager. Don’t wait till. Do it now. You will be surprised how much it means to the individual and how it will motivate the other people working there as well.
If ever you receive above average service, recommend the place to other people. Share it. Blog about it. Post about it in forums. Many establishments survive on word-of-mouth advertising. Some even prefer this mode of advertising.
That aside, it’s Monday again. How many of you dread Mondays? Oddly enough, my work days usually starts on Sundays. Lucky me. I can’t count the number of family outings I’ve missed in the last 6 months. Me am tired. So bloody tired. I don’t think I wanna work 12 hour shifts anymore. Mind numbing.
EDIT: How many of you got Punk’d yesterday? April Fool’s Day is just not quite the same when you’re in the office all alone.

Anjali: Yeah, I noticed this, but I’ve been pretty tied up with work and wedding prep lately. Gonna see if IE solves this issue. Lucky you on April Fool’s Day. The office was kinda quiet till someone decided to go massive on resignation hoax making everyone go “OMG!!!!!!”
