You are what you eat…sadly
I hate to admit this, but I think I am getting fat. Working odd hour shifts and not having proper meals is slowly taking it’s toll on my weight. My weight has always been like a yo-yo. I put on weight easily and also lose weight easily.
Diet now consist of bread, buns, instant noodles and also canned food. On the occasion I am unable to shop before my shift, I end up chowing down on fast food. Mind you, these are not ordinary shift. Midnight shifts are a real weight-watchers nightmare. You don’t have much choice during the wee hours of morning and fast food seems to be the easist option…to Helldom that is. Also, sometimes I chow just before I sleep and this is just as bad. Food is converted into fatty cells easily this way.
At this rate, I won’t live to see 35. My family, has a very high-risk history of heart diseases. Hurray for defective genes. Thankfully none of my new year resolution involves my weight….for the moment
