A glance at life
This is my first post after a long spate of absence. Things have been really hectic since I joined my current job, which sadly is going to end soon. However, there is a saying “What does not kill you, makes you stronger” and I believe I have gone through a growing lesson in life.
Now that the pace has considerably dropped, I am able to stop and smell the roses, so to speak. I have gone back to browsing through a few forums and blogs, but nothing heavy. Workload is still there, but it seems like the pressure has lifted. Come 22 Sept 06, I will be a free man…only for the weekend and start afresh come 25 Sept 06.
Going through Kenny’s blog - love his sometimes whacky entries (http://www.kennysia.com) etc, it has awakened my urge to unshamefully write about my insignificant life. Gosh, it’s been ages and I guess I am finally back. So much has come and past. So much so, that I think I am getting old, seriously. This year has seen many ups and downs. I have seriously gained a LOT of weight as I have had less ”ME” time. Mom’s health has taken a beating due to a bad case of food poisoning. Sis is still jobless, the lucky bum. Also, everytime I look at my Dad, frankly I think that age has suddenly caught up with him.
Oh, did I mention we had a new kittie like a few months ago. She is such a monkey, really. The best part about the kittie, it’s the best PEST KILLER EVER! I mean, what pet can catch a fly, mozzies, cockroaches and the list goes on. Who needs dangerous chemicals when you’ve got Ginger (that’s her name), the wonder pest killer! On a side note, we now have a few torn curtains thanks to her acrobatic attempt at going after a few lizzards. Man, those are her worst enemies. I’ll try to get a vid clip on the weirdo sound she makes when she spots one. I would best describe it like a laughing troll high on Vodka. Go figure.
I have so many literary adventures up in my head, but I guess I’ll have to save them for later. The reason for my swift departure? It’s my lunch and I am not paid to do this 
I wonder how all my friends are doing. Krabby@Blowfly, Yvy, Mhay@DreamC, Shan and the rest. Gotta start networking once I get the chance. Cheers all. This sure felt good ^_^

yes Yvy, quite literally back from the dead *grinz*. sorry i never got to blogging about my SO. i rented a room outside and they had no net connection there *gasp* NO INTERNET!!! since i am changing jobs now, i have sinced moved and am glad to be CONNECTED! WOOT!
